The renovation of this home on Via Tuscany in Winter Park included opening up some walls, vaulting ceilings, and overhauling the master suite, laundry and family rooms. This home on Summerland in Winter Park was only a few years old when we were hired to ‘fix’ several layout deficiencies and design features. We planned for the removal/relocation of a bathroom which blocked the view of the backyard, enlarged several rooms to make them functional with furniture, and designed a new game room with bar and outdoor cabana. The project scope expanded to include re-tiling the pool, installing new pavers, designing and building a drop zone for the children, installing new wood floors and light fixtures, repainting the whole interior of the home, and assisting with furniture selection/purchase. The house now functions for the family and looks great!
Completed in 2017, our project on Lake Seminary in Maitland features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, chef's kitchen, infinity pool and spa. The open concept design helps connect the main indoor living spaces to the outdoor entertaining area, using the same floor tile both inside and out. Large format tiles were used on the fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. Modern kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was designed by Cabinetry Creations, while a custom built sauna was installed in the master bathroom.
Dana Way Residence

To do this, a spa was added to the existing pool, a custom designed summer kitchen was installed, and the hardscape and landscape was redesigned by Evergreen Consulting/4EGC.

The clients wanted a clean, indoor/outdoor living space with a minimalist Scandinavian design consisting of natural woods and concrete-looking large format tiles. We incorporated natural Cypress throughout the interior of the home, as well as the outdoor decking. Denise Smith with Evergreen Consulting/4EGC designed the landscape to fit with the style of the home.
Our project on E. Amelia Street was a historic home renovation. The exterior of the home stayed true to the original structure and maintained it's historic character, while the interior transformed into a sleek, modern living space.
