Rob Smith

Owner

Rob is a fully-insured, state licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC 1522599), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and enjoys spending time on each job site. Born and raised in Central Florida, Rob received his B.S. in Economics and Masters of Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He is married to Denise Smith and a proud parent of Elliot, Hayley and Emerson. Rob’s hobbies include beekeeping and ultimate frisbee.

Denise Smith

Landscape Architect

Denise is a graduate of Purdue University, a licensed registered Landscape Architect in the state of Florida (RLA), a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and a Florida Water Star Accredited Professional in Landscape. Denise is also the founder of Evergreen Consulting (4EGC).

Annika Umbers

Design Coordinator + Marketing Manager

Annika manages all selections and design needs for our clients. She previously earned her bachelor’s degree from Rollins College and MBA from the Rollins College Crummier School of Business. Originally from Finland, Annika grew up in Singapore and Italy. Annika lives happily in her E2 home (2014) with husband Matt, their twin sons Aksel and Olson, along with their golden doodle Rugby and labradoodle Sammy.

Amy Lorenz

Accounting Manager

Amy is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her B.S. in Accounting and Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida. Amy has many years of accounting experience in the real estate and construction industries. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children, Mckenna and Jack.

Anthony Renda

Operations Director

Anthony leads our daily operations and works to build operational excellence into our future activities, ensuring that client success remains our top priority. He brings 25 years of business experience, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and hands-on experience in home renovation and restoration to our team. Anthony and his wife Dawn were clients in 2014 and continue to enjoy their 1911 historic home renovation in Downtown Orlando with their two children and two puppies.

Denise Smith

Landscape Architect

Her passion for accounting began at Hudson Country Community College, where she specialized in the field and earned several certificates. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the movies, nature walks, exploring new places, traveling around the world and helping others, all while spending time with her husband Henry, stepdaughter Sydney and lovely Yorkie, Maurice.

Lindsay Johnson

Project Accountant

Lindsay, originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, grew up in the military and lived in a few different states before her dad retired in Florida. She graduated from University of Central Florida with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance. Lindsay works as the Project Accountant making sure that projects stay on budget. In her free time she enjoys photography, the outdoors, and spending time with her two dachshunds and mini goldendoodle.

Holly Hillary

Interior Designer

A native of Ohio, Holly has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati. Her career started in the commercial world, working for retail clients such as Macy's, Lotte (Korea), and in-house design for Bank of America. After a brief career pause to focus on family, Holly transitioned to residential work and later joined E2 homes. Holly is married to Ryan and they have 3 children, Jack, Chloe and Alice, and Abby the labradoodle. In her "free" time, Holly can be found at her children's many sport games. In her real free time, she enjoys playing tennis as well as playing/coaching volleyball (her first true love). Her family frequently travels to exotic locations in the Midwest (Ohio, Michigan) to visit family and friends.

Gloria Ossa

Interior Designer

Gloria brings inspiration to her work, leveraging a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Seminole State College. Her last five years have been spent with Universal Creative and she just returned from a two year work assignment in China (with husband and two teenagers in tow). Gloria adds new dimensions to our Interior Design team with cutting edge 3D software and strong experience in all things CAD. Her primary focus will be on developing interior design plans and supporting Annika and our clients with beautiful interior designs. With a mantra of “prepare to be successful”, Gloria adds to the positive nature of our team. Gloria hopes to one day travel the world with a backpack, learning all about people, food, and cultures from around the world.

Karina Larios

Rita provides E2 with a diverse set of management capabilities, long developed as an industrial engineer at the United Parcel Service and as a Founder/Operations Manager at Orlando-based Muralistically Inclined. A University of Florida graduate, Rita also has years of studio work at the California College of Arts & Crafts and general construction course work at Seminole State University. An accomplished artist and daring cook, Rita and spouse Tom have two excellent adult children.

Brittany Fidler

Concierge Manager

With a keen eye for detail, Britt manages the E2 Concierge client accounts to ensure each home always looks magnificent and performs exceptionally. Licensed as both a Certified Building Contractor and Realtor®, she brings 20 years of experience in construction, renovation, design, and repair to our team. A native Floridian, Britt was raised in Fort Myers and has lived in the Greater Orlando area for 10 years with her two sons, Aiden and Drew. In their free time, Britt and the boys enjoy attending local Farmers Markets, festivals, and spending time at the many springs and parks in Central Florida.

Tracey Flanagan

Concierge Manager

Tracey has 18+ years experience in buying houses, rehabbing, and then either selling or renting the homes. As a result she has extensive experience in major and minor rehabs, marketing, contract negotiations, managing sub contractors, permits, inspections, and property management. She was also a Creative Real Estate coach across the USA for just over a decade. Tracey is a welcomed addition to our Concierge team. Her dedication to client satisfaction is a hallmark trait along with a relentless can-do attitude. As our second full-time Concierge Manager, she will ensure that scheduled services as well as small projects are well executed and that we continue to deliver the best to our clients every day. Tracey approaches work with tons of energy, but also looks forward to beach days and training in Jujitsu in her off time.

Keila Concepcion

Scheduling Coordinator

Keila earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has a passion for learning every day. With background in contract administration, property management, reservations, and disaster restoration, Keila brings strong operational experience to our team. Keila and Elaine share responsibility for all scheduling and permitting activity at E2, plus a host of other important activities that keep our operations running smoothly. In her free time, Keila enjoys reading, learning, and volunteering.

When not working, she enjoys family time, arts & crafts, and volunteering.

“Super” Mario

Field Supervisor

Mario serves as a field supervisor for E2 Homes and will work tirelessly to finish any project. Many clients request only Super Mario help on their homes!

Juan “Mr. Fix-it”

Concierge / Handyman

Juan strives to surpass client expectations! His passion is his job as a handyman and has been in this profession for 25 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and with his family. He also likes to swim, ride his bike, explore new places, travel, and try foods from different countries.

Field Team

Oliver brings nearly 20 years of Industrial & commercial maintenance and window & door installation experience to the team. With a tirelessly helpful demeanor, Oliver is always flexible and motivated to keep the team on track. As a ‘specialist’ profile, he ensures precision in every task for every client. Long range, Oliver would like to help others through his passion for education.

Chuck brings truckloads of experience to E2, including four years of formal training as an apprentice plumber. We’re glad to have him join our team and to partner with Juan for most of our plumbing, drainage, and other technical work. Chuck’s helpful mindset makes every job run more smoothly. Chuck spends his free time helping those in need in our Central Florida communities.

Chris Romero

Social Media Manager

Chris is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, earning a bachelor's degree in Radio and Television Production. With over a decade of marketing and communications experience in the media industry, he helps lead E2's social and digital efforts. He's an avid soccer fan and enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter.

Luan Nguyen

Procurement Manager

Luan is a graduate of Creighton University and has a Masters in International Relations/Dispute Resolution from the University of Hawaii, as well as an MBA from the Rollins College Crummer School of Business. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Luan previously worked with GE Capital’s Real Estate Finance division. He lives in Winter Park with his wife and two sons in their E2 home (2016). He enjoys working out at the Winter Park YMCA and supports a number of YMCA programs.

Terry McDermott

Transportation Coordinator

Terry is responsible for E2 Homes construction and demolition materials transport. He comes to us from New York, where he owned a Manhattan-based leather garment factory and gained 27 years experience in the apparel industry. Terry is also a CDL driver with several years of oil tanker transport experience in NYC. After relocating to Florida, Terry served as a field technician with the U.S. Department of Agriculture for 15 years. One of his passions is beach doubles volleyball.

If he isn’t working with us, you will probably find him fishing, boating and spending time with his nephews and nieces.

Dmitry Stolyar

Tile Installation

Dmitry is originally from Russia and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. He has lived in Florida with his wife and two daughters for several years and his hobbies include 3D computer graphics, design, and photography. He leads the trickiest tile installs for E2 and you can always find him on the job with his green lasers set up!

George Devitt

Property Manager

George oversees the day-to-day operations of E2 managed commercial properties. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a fan of all things “Gator.” George’s career includes over 30 years in senior sales and marketing positions in the technology sector with firms including IBM and Hewlett-Packard, as well as early-stage startups. He lives in Maitland with his wife, Dr. Leslie Gavin Devitt, and is the proud parent of four children: Kimberly, Ashley, Christian and Emily.

Conan Disney

Carpenter
