Rob Smith
Owner
Rob is a fully-insured, state licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC 1522599), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and enjoys spending time on each job site. Born and raised in Central Florida, Rob received his B.S. in Economics and Masters of Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He is married to Denise Smith and a proud parent of Elliot, Hayley and Emerson. Rob’s hobbies include beekeeping and ultimate frisbee.
Denise Smith
Landscape Architect
Denise is a graduate of Purdue University, a licensed registered Landscape Architect in the state of Florida (RLA), a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and a Florida Water Star Accredited Professional in Landscape. Denise is also the founder of Evergreen Consulting (4EGC).
Kate Walsh
Director of Operations
With over 25 years of experience in operations and finance, Kate brings a strategic, client-focused approach to every aspect of business management. Known for driving efficiency and building strong client relationships, she has a proven track record of aligning operational goals with long-term business success. Outside of work, Kate enjoys seeking adventure and spending time outdoors—especially by the beach—where the best ideas often come with a sea breeze.
Laurel Biddy
Office Manager
Laurel, a Central Florida native, manages the office at E2 Homes. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. In her free time, Laurel enjoys visiting local farmers markets, reading, painting, and spending time with her family and cockapoo, Oliver.
Autumn Nagle
Scheduling Coordinator
Autumn is a Florida native with several years of project administrative experience in the contracting field. In her free time, Autumn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and being outdoors - especially at the beach.

A native of Ohio, Holly has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati. Her career started in the commercial world, working for retail clients such as Macy's, Lotte (Korea), and in-house design for Bank of America. After a brief career pause to focus on family, Holly transitioned to residential work and later joined E2 homes. Holly is married to Ryan and they have 3 children, Jack, Chloe and Alice, and Abby the labradoodle. In her "free" time, Holly can be found at her children's many sport games. In her real free time, she enjoys playing tennis as well as playing/coaching volleyball (her first true love). Her family frequently travels to exotic locations in the Midwest (Ohio, Michigan) to visit family and friends.

Ashley graduated from Seminole State College with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. A native to Illinois, she now enjoys being outdoors and taking in the Florida sunshine, at the beach or on the water.

Rita provides E2 with a diverse set of management capabilities, long developed as an industrial engineer at the United Parcel Service and as a Founder/Operations Manager at Orlando-based Muralistically Inclined. A University of Florida graduate, Rita also has years of studio work at the California College of Arts & Crafts and general construction course work at Seminole State University. An accomplished artist and daring cook, Rita and spouse Tom have two excellent adult children.

Keenan, a native of Texas, grew up in the Midwest before settling down in Central Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida. He brings 25 years of management and customer service experience to the concierge team. Keenan is married to his wife, Bethany, and they have two children, Reese and Olivia. In his free time, he enjoys free diving, fishing, remodeling houses and spending time with family.

Driven by creative vision and a focus on results, Andreea brings over fifteen years of experience in client management and brand marketing to the E2 team, as well as passion for sustainable design, an interest she developed when living in the first LEED Platinum Certified home in Westchester County, New York. Andreea is also a photographer and author of Surf NYC photo book. Originally from Romania and now based in Winter Park, she enjoys travel, art, fashion, surfing, tennis, and spoiling her French Bulldog.

Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgetown College and has worked with animals, plants, and children over the last 25 years. But her first love has always been nature. Some of her earliest and fondest memories involve being outside, often in the garden. She received her Master Gardener certification in 2004, and enjoys practicing what she has learned in her yard! When she's not in her yard, she enjoys being outside hiking, and exploring with her husband and two children.

Her passion for accounting began at Hudson Country Community College, where she specialized in the field and earned several certificates. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the movies, nature walks, exploring new places, traveling around the world and helping others, all while spending time with her husband Henry, stepdaughter Sydney and lovely Yorkie, Maurice.

Juan strives to surpass client expectations! His passion is his job as a handyman and has been in this profession for 25 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and with his family. He also likes to swim, ride his bike, explore new places, travel, and try foods from different countries.

Handyman
Matt is our handyman who can do it all. From crown molding to mailboxes, he helps E2 clients keep their homes looking pristine. Matt moved to Central Florida from Hawaii, where he spent 15 years in residential construction. In his free time, he enjoys tinkering with cars and camping outdoors.
Juan “Mr. Fix-it”
