Rob Smith, our founder, has years of experience building high-end custom homes in Winter Park, Maitland, Orlando, and the surrounding areas. His personal home, called the Evergreen, is an example of his quality construction, attention to detail, and green building experience. The Evergreen is the first LEED-Gold Certified home in central Florida, showcases the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of building green, and was the 2009 LEED-H Project of the Year.
